Kimberly Trowbridge — Creative Fellow
Kimberly is an oil painter, installation artist performer, and lecturer on color theory. Her first Creative Residency at Bloedel Reserve was in 2018. Since then she as received a 2020 Creative Fellowship in partnership with Bloedel Reserve and the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art (BIMA). Her first solo museum exhibition will open in the fall of 2020 at the BIMA. Kimberly is a two-time Neddy Award finalist (2014, 2016) and an Artist Trust GAP Grant recipient (2014). She is the director of the Trowbridge Atelier of Painting at Gage Academy of Art and has led plein-air painting tours in Spain, Portugal, and Twisp, WA.
