Interested in becoming a vendor at Bloedel Reserve? We welcome a curated selection of food, beverage, artisan, retail, and mission-aligned vendors for our community events and pop-up weekends.

What to Expect

Selected vendors will:

• Participate in events on the grounds of Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island
• Provide their own booth setup (tent, tables, weights, etc.)
• Operate during scheduled event hours and maintain a professional space

Vendor spaces are limited and curated to align with the Reserve’s mission and visitor experience.

Additional Information

Vendor fees, requirements, and full event details (including permits, insurance, and logistics) will be shared with approved vendors during the application and contracting process.
