  • If you have not registered specifically for Timed Tickets, you do not have an account–even if you are a Bloedel member, donor or volunteer.
  • If you have booked Timed Tickets before, go directly to Step 2.

  • Please note: Bloedel Reserve is closed November 1-8.

Review Your Order Carefully

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be transferred or exchanged.
  • Time slots are valid for entry to Bloedel Reserve up to 30 minutes past the scheduled entry time between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM only.
  • Late arrivals are not guaranteed entry.

Have Tickets You Can’t Use?

If you book tickets you can’t use, please email Guest Services at gatehouse@bloedelreserve.org and we will release those tickets for someone else to use.

Gift Certificates 

To redeem a gift certificate or a gift membership for admission, please contact our Guest Services staff at the Gatehouse. Phone 206-842-7631, x1 or email gatehouse@bloedelreserve.org.

Reciprocal Garden Privileges

If you are a member of the American Horticulture Society, you have admission privileges at Bloedel Reserve. To visit, please email your name, the date and the time you would like to visit, along with a picture of your membership card to gatehouse@bloedelreserve.org. Or call us to arrange tickets at 206-842-7631, x1.

Instructions for
Bloedel Members

If this is your very first time booking tickets, you must register.

  • Select the “First-Time Users” button  to register and create your password. You only have to register once.
  • Please use exactly the same name to register that you gave us for your membership. That is how the ticketing system recognizes you.
    If you use a different name or spelling (e.g. Deb instead of Deborah), the system won’t be able to identify you as a Bloedel Reserve member.

Members-Only time slots

  • The first two and the last time slots each day are reserved especially for Bloedel Reserve members.
  • Summer Sunset Walks–Between May and September, we offer extended hours and early evening time slots for Bloedel Reserve members on select Fridays.

Because you are a member, your tickets will be FREE.*

  • When you first enter your ticket request, you will see the price of the ticket(s) on the screen.
  • If you are logged in, as soon as you click ADD TO CART, the amount will zero out ($0.00).

*The number of free tickets you may book is based on your membership level.

  • For example, Individual Members receive one free admission per visit. Dual Members receive two free admissions per visit, and so on.
  • The ticketing system will automatically charge you for additional tickets when you exceed the number of free tickets your membership allows.

Time slots are filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • There is NO guarantee that tickets will be available for your chosen date or time slot, regardless of your membership status.

Need Additional Assistance?

Guest Services staff members are available from 10 AM to 5 PM seven days a week to help with Timed Ticketing. We will respond to your call or email message within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: By using the Timed Ticketing system you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all ticket terms and conditions. Due to limited availability, tickets cannot be transferred to another date and time. Tickets are non-refundable and are only valid on the date and time listed on the ticket.
