Where to Find Us
Bloedel Reserve is situated at the north end of Bainbridge Island, at 7571 NE Dolphin Drive. Bainbridge Island is reachable by ferry from Colman Dock in downtown Seattle and by car from Kitsap Peninsula by crossing the Agate Pass Bridge, located just south of Poulsbo.
Parking
Bloedel Reserve is located in a semi-rural residential area. Parking at the Reserve in our guest parking lots is free. Please be aware that there is no street or off-site parking available. We also encourage the use of the Island bus service BI Ride which will drop you right at our front gate Tuesday-Saturday and has on-demand service on Sundays.

By Car
Bloedel Reserve is located at the north end of Bainbridge Island, about 6 miles from the Winslow ferry terminal, just off State Route 305 and just south of the Agate Pass Bridge.
By Taxi
Private Taxi service to the Reserve can be booked from several locations on Kitsap Peninsula.
By Bike

By Ferry

Bainbridge Island is a 35-minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle. Ferries accommodate both cars and walk-on passengers and sail from Colman Dock approximately every 50-60 minutes.
Bloedel Reserve can also be accessed from the north by the Edmonds/Kingston ferry line.
By Bus
BI Ride operates scheduled trips between Downtown Winslow, Coppertop Park, Bloedel Reserve and the Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal in addition to its regular on-demand service. On Sundays, BI Ride is only available on-demand from 8 AM to 4 PM. Kitsap Transit does not currently operate bus service to Bloedel Reserve on Sundays.
Kitsap Transit bus service is available to and from Bloedel Reserve on weekdays and Saturdays. Kitsap Transit offers two types of bus service–on-demand “BI Ride” service and fixed-route service (#94 Agate Point)–during different times of day. Consult Kitsap Transit’s website for full details.
On weekdays (Tuesday-Friday), use the bus stop on Winslow Way at 9 AM, 11 AM or 1 PM and ride the BI Ride bus to Bloedel Reserve. On Saturdays, hop on at 10 AM, Noon or 2 PM and ride to Bloedel Reserve. Please note that the bus will stop at Coppertop Park after Winslow Way and may pick up or drop off other passengers on the way to the Reserve.
To return to the ferry terminal, use the bus stop outside Bloedel Reserve to take the BI Ride bus at Noon, 2 PM or 3 PM on weekdays (Tuesday-Friday) or at Noon, 2 PM or 4 PM on Saturdays. The bus will stop at Coppertop Park and Winslow Way en route to the ferry terminal. Alternatively, you can ride Route 94-Agate Point, which picks up from Bloedel Reserve on weekdays at 4:10 PM, 5 PM, 5:54 PM and 6:53 PM.
If these times are not convenient, or it is a Sunday between 8 AM and 4 PM, please book an on-demand trip on the BI Ride bus through the Ride Pingo app. Please note that availability may be limited during peak hours.
Please note: Kitsap Transit does not currently operate bus service to Bloedel Reserve on Sundays.
