Fun Fact:  Glowing chartreuse in the landscape, this specimen tree was named after the province of Friesland in Holland after being found in the Willem Jansen nursery in 1935. The genus name honors Jean Robin of Paris (1550-1629), who was the gardener to Henry IV and Louis XIII of France.
