Membership Benefits
- FREE year-round admission to 140 acres of landscaped gardens, meadows, forests, and wildlife habitats
- Members-only time slots – the first and the last ticketed time slots are just for members every day we’re open
- Reciprocal admissions and benefits at gardens across North America through the American Horticultural Society; Bloedel Reserve offers free admission benefits only to network visitors whose membership card address is more than 90 miles from the Reserve
- A 10% discount in The Shop on artisan-crafted jewelry, nature-related books, garden tools, creative toys, and more
- Regular emailed newsletters to alert you to upcoming activities, website stories, and special events
- Invitations and ticket discounts for selected walks, lectures, workshops, and other seasonal events
General Membership Levels
Bloedel Reserve is open year-round, rain or shine, and members always visit for free. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Members are considered to be individuals from the same household.
Canopy of Support Membership Levels
In addition to regular member benefits, Canopy of Support member levels offer special access to events, early registration for tours and workshops during our bi-annual Member Days, and guest passes to share with friends and family.

As a member of Bloedel Reserve, you are now a part of a community of garden enthusiasts, daily walkers, and plant lovers of all ages.
We invite you to return to the gardens often, take part in our events and programs, and experience the year-round beauty of Bloedel Reserve. Visit the Buxton Bird Marsh and Pollinator Meadow in late spring, sit by the Reflection Pool with a Creative Resident poet, or wander full circle around the Japanese Garden Pond.

Digital Membership Cards
Digital membership cards are convenient to use and easy to carry on your smart phone. These are used when you visit any of the 380 gardens in the American Horticulture Society garden network, to verify your reciprocal admission benefits. You do not need your digital membership card at the Reserve.
When you become a member, you will receive an email with specific instructions for downloading your new digital card.
