Wander the trails in silence with a guided tour as the sun sets. These guided walks offer a peaceful way to experience the solstice lights in stillness and reflection. Participants are asked to remain quiet for the entire 60-90 minute, 1.3 mile trail walk to fully appreciate the sounds and serenity of nature. This walk includes stairs and gentle slopes.

Arrive early to enjoy a cozy fire pit and purchase a warm beverage—it’s also a great time for some last-minute holiday shopping in our Gift Shop. Don’t forget to pick up your Solstice keepsake at the end of your walk!

Walks are scheduled to begin promptly at 5 p.m. Please arrive early enough to park and check in before the walk begins. We may briefly wait for the group to gather, but please do not rely on a delayed start. Late arrivals may miss part of the walk, and once the group has departed, we may be unable to help you join them.

Know Before You Go:

• Meet at the Gatehouse Arrival Garden Plaza.
• Lanterns are provided for your walk.
• Please stay with your group and stick to the trails.
• Silent Walks are roughly 1.3 miles and last 60-90 minutes.
• This walk will contain stairs and gentle slopes.
• Restrooms are available at the Gatehouse prior and following the walk; the Residence will be closed.

Non-Refundable Tickets
Should severe weather occur an alternate date may be made available at the Reserve’s discretion. Tickets are considered donations and are non-refundable.

Visiting Bloedel Reserve is an outdoor experience. Please dress for the weather. Bloedel Reserve is open rain or shine.
