Mindfulness Meditation with Joy Evans: Nature, Meditation & Sound

Join Joy Evans (Bloedel Reserve’s Strolls for Well-Being Facilitator) as she leads a practice of mindfulness meditation in the Japanese Guest House. Allow breathwork and the gentle sounds of singing bowls to calm your mind and body; allow poetry to connect your heart with nature.

Joy is a certified sound healer and forest therapy guide who combines trauma-healing with sound and nature connections to lead people out of the perpetual stress response, to reconnect with the details of the senses and return to clarity, centered self, and calm.

Please dress comfortably and plan to meditate for at least 30 minutes, seated in a chair.
