Flowers Before Bread: Beauty and its Many Mysteries

Charles Matson Lume, Visual Artist & Professor of Art, University of Wisconsin-Stout, will present a discussion about several of beauty’s many faceted mysteries. Based on many philosophers, critics, and writers, Matson Lume will touch upon our need for beauty, its potential role in justice, and our inability to fully understand what beauty might be.
