If you are a member, of course your tickets are free. The number of free tickets you get is based on your membership level. You can book your timed tickets here.

The name(s) listed on your membership card are the authorized users of the Bloedel membership. Individual Memberships have one name on the membership card. All other membership categories list two names on the membership card. At least one named member must be present in order to use timed tickets to visit the Reserve. Members may be asked to present identification at the front gate prior to entry. Member admission tickets and privileges are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Your Individual Membership is only for you but of course you can bring a guest. Your guest will need to have a paid admission ticket for entry.
You’ll find complete instructions for downloading your digital membership card here. These are used when you visit any of the 380 gardens in the American Horticulture Society garden network, to verify your reciprocal admission benefits. You do not need your digital membership card at the Reserve.

As a Bloedel Reserve member, you also have reciprocal admissions and benefits at 380 gardens across North America through the American Horticultural Society.

Only members need to create accounts. If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these instructions.

Only Members need to create an account. If you’re having issues, please check the following three issues to see if they might be creating problems:
  1. When registering, only use one name in the first name field.  If you put more than one name in the first name field (e.g. Mary and Javier instead of Mary), the registration system won’t recognize you as a member.
  2. If you need to reset your password, please create a 12 or more character password which includes (at least one) capital and lower-case letter, number and special character (such as !@#$)
  3. Remember, you only need to register once in the lifetime of your membership. Any problems, please contact the Guest Services team. We are here to help.
If you need further assistance, or the system is not cooperating with you, please call Guest Services at 206-842-7631, x10. Guest Services staff members are available and happy to help from open to close, seven days a week. You can also reach us by email.
