Please check the following three issues to see if they might be creating problems:
  1. When registering, only use one name in the first name field.  If you put more than one name in the first name field (e.g. Mary and Javier instead of Mary), the registration system won’t recognize you as a member.
  2.  If you need to reset your password, please create a 12 or more character password which includes (at least one) capital and lower-case letter, number and special character (such as !@#$)
  3. Remember, you only need to register once in the lifetime of your membership. Any problems, please contact the Guest Services team. We are here to help.
If you need further assistance, or the system is not cooperating with you, please call Guest Services at 206-842-7631, x10. Guest Services staff members are available and happy to help from 10 AM to close, seven days a week. You can also reach us by email at ga*******@bl************.org.
