Timed tickets are released in batches each month. Book your tickets here.
Below are answers to some frequently asked questions about timed tickets and visiting Bloedel Reserve.
If you don’t see the information you need, please contact Guest Services at 206-842-7631, x10. We answer calls in the order they are received and return missed calls within 24 hours. Or email ga*******@bl************.org.
- Click SIGN IN on the top right hand corner of the timed ticket page and click on FORGOT
YOUR PASSWORD. - You will be prompted to enter your email. Enter the same email you used when you registered your timed ticket account and click SUBMIT.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
- When registering, only use one name in the first name field. If you put more than one name in the first name field (e.g. Mary and Javier instead of Mary), the registration system won’t recognize you as a member.
- If you need to reset your password, please create a 12 or more character password which includes (at least one) capital and lower-case letter, number and special character (such as !@#$)
- Remember, you only need to register once in the lifetime of your membership. Any problems, please contact the Guest Services team. We are here to help.
