Ticket Usage & Refund Policies

All ticket bookings must be completed online. No walk-ups or onsite ticket sales are available at Bloedel Reserve. Please check in with the gate attendant upon your arrival.

Please carefully select and book your tickets. For tickets, click Timed Tickets. For more information, click Ticket FAQs.

We understand plans change and illness occurs. Please contact Guest Services within 48 hours of your timed ticket arrival time to exchange your entire party’s tickets for another day/time within one month of your original timed tickets.  Partial exchanges are not permitted. Refunds are not permitted.

What to do:

1)     Purchase tickets for the date and time you wish to enter.

2)     Contact the Guest Services staff by phone or email, [email protected], 206-842-7631 x10 and we will confirm your new tickets and refund the original tickets purchase.

3)     In your email or voicemail to the Gatehouse, please provide the name on the timed ticket, the dates and times of the new and the old timed tickets, and a phone number to reach you.

Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact Guest Services staff at [email protected].

Visiting Bloedel Reserve is an outdoor experience. Please dress for the weather, rain or shine. In the event of closure due to inclement weather or hazardous conditions, all admissions are fully refunded.

In the event that Bloedel Reserve closes (due to severe weather or other uncontrollable circumstances), the Reserve will provide a full refund to all ticket-holders.

Only tickets purchased through the Bloedel Reserve timed ticketing system will be honored. Tickets bought through private and/or third-party sellers are invalid for entry and non-refundable.
