Kimberly on Art and Nature
“Being in nature is a mystical experience not unlike the creative act – a synesthetic exchange occurs, revealing essential connections and insights.” It is from nature that Kimberly develops her understanding of the harmonious relationships between color, shape, form, and rhythm. Like a gardener, she records and cultivates these relationships within the formal choreography of painting.
