Painting Flowery Forms in Bloedel Reserve’s Cut Flower Garden–SOLD OUT

A watercolor painting workshop led by Bloedel Reserve Community Creative, Martha Rogers.

Explore and paint in the Reserve’s cut flower garden, an area not typically open to the public. With a focus on exploration and experimentation, we will uncover the general form and character of a variety of flowers. Participants will start by observing several flower forms and then Martha will complete a series of demonstrations where she gives a step-by-step explanation of her painting process, from an initial pencil sketch through adding a series of watercolor washes to create the final artwork.

Open to all levels of painters. A supply list will be provided upon registration.
