Forest Bathing for Kids

Enjoy a magical forest bathing experience designed especially for young children with certified Forest Therapy Guide Tina Guldhammer Frei. This interactive class invites children to listen, learn, and explore in the garden, activating all 5 senses and engaging in creative play near the Sheep Sheds at Bloedel Reserve. Throughout the class Tina will offer a series of invitations to guide your little one on a sensory journey, engaging with a variety of activities that stimulate growth and curiosity in this natural setting. The morning ends with a very special “tea party” in the garden!
