Strolls at Home

Connect with Nature and Cultivate Your Own Well-Being

When the pandemic required us to stay home, self-care through exercise, mindfulness, and connecting with nature became especially important. Bloedel Reserve adapted mindfulness practices from its onsite Strolls for Well-Being program to create 12 themed, self-guided walks that you can do from home, in your yard, or around your neighborhood. Bloedel Reserve is open once more for walking and connecting with nature, but we still think these home-based practices are worth exploring.
