Punctuating the spring and fall equinox and the summer solstice\, we invite you to “follow the sun” with certified Forest Therapy Guide\, Tina Guldhammer Frei. \nThroughout the walk\, Tina will offer a series of invitations that give you the opportunity to cultivate presence\, promote healing\, and actively connect with the land in ways you might not have tried before. Each walk closes with a tea ceremony featuring a local tea plant.
