Secret Season Plant Walks March 15 & 17
There is so much extraordinary plant life to appreciate in late winter/early spring. Enjoy locating and identifying the late winter and early spring-bloomers like the whimsical corkscrew hazel (Corylus avellana ‘Contorta’), trillium, the unfurling fiddlehead ferns, and Mahonia duclouxiana x japonica hybridized by our own Andy Navage, and more!
Ask questions, expand your horticulture knowledge and revel in the wonder of this under-appreciated but beautiful time of year. The walk is approximately two hours and takes place rain or shine.
